Gregg is a principal and founding member of H&S Tax and Wealth Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor and H&S Tax Associates, LLC., an affiliate accounting firm. Gregg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC).
Gregg operated his family-owned business after graduating from Seton Hall University in 1989. In 2000, he began a 10-year career with Fidelity Investments, serving primarily as a Vice President in Fidelity’s Private Client Group. During his tenure, Gregg provided financial counseling to more than 300 families with combined assets exceeding $1 billion.
In 2010, Gregg joined a small Registered Investment Advisor, where he served as Chief Financial Planner and worked with clients under the fiduciary standard of care. In 2016, he co-founded H&S Tax and Wealth Advisors with the goal of integrating comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and proactive tax planning under one relationship.
Gregg is also committed to giving back to his community and profession. He has supported a number of charitable organizations, including the Epilepsy Foundation, First Tee – Jersey Shore, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He also volunteers with Financial Planning for Cancer, a program developed by Family Reach, a national nonprofit organization that connects families affected by cancer with financial professionals who provide pro bono guidance to help them navigate challenging financial circumstances.
In December 2024, Gregg was accepted into the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University’s J. Jeffrey and Ann Marie Fox Graduate School. Recently selected as a Graduate Ambassador, he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership and expects to graduate in May 2027.
Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Gregg is an accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed more than a dozen half-Ironman races and is a six-time Ironman finisher, including the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
